Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for a Data Support Analyst II for a client in the Oil & Gas industry.


Responsibilities and Essential Duties
  • Be the key contact between the project and local tax, HR, law and payables, facilitating requirements gathering with each and documenting requirements

  • Compare the global baseline to the local processes and determine any deviations that may need to be incorporated, focusing on legal, tax, and union requirements

  • Support project teams and determine if specific reports are needed for the local program office

  • Help identify the foundational data needed for implementation including local requirements, premiums, unique taxonomy needs, rates, and agencies to be included and their compensation structures

  • Help translate assignment data from a database into the Beeline templates for loading utilizing the coding developed for the foundational data

  • Help the UAT lead build specific testing scenarios to incorporate any unique local needs/scenarios

  • Participate in UAT testing and troubleshoot issues with the team

  • Review training material and assist the training lead in creating any local specific cheatsheets/training videos

  • Participate in training sessions for Engagement Managers, Timesheet Approvers and Program Office

  • Learn the Beeline/CTrax tool to become the local Program Office SME

  • 6mths-1yr of EMCS Operations experience

  • Strong understanding of local contracting requirements

  • Strong understanding of local staff contracting needs/scenarios

  • Strong data analysis and computer skills including Excel

  • Detail oriented with strong process compliance, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to trouble-shoot / creatively solve problems

  • Able to work independently with good time management and multitasking abilities

  • Contingent workforce program expertise & Managed service providers experience

  • VMO experience

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Understanding of client business and objectives

  • Industry and market knowledge

  • Communication skills

  • Analytical skills and Total System Cost

  • Project planning and execution skills
