Start date: June 30, 2025POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations & Analytics Engineer to join our Remote Operations Support Center (ROSC) team. This dynamic role focuses on traveling to project sites across the country Monday through Friday (approximately 75% of the time), with the remaining time working remotely. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in solving complex production challenges, supporting operational decision-making, and enhancing project performance through data-driven insights.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Travel to high-priority project sites to identify, diagnose, and resolve production and operational issues

•    Observe vessel and equipment operations onsite to gain firsthand insights

•    Support operational decision-making in coordination with site teams and central operations

•    Communicate field insights to improve data awareness and monitoring accuracy

•    Train crews and site teams on recognizing operational indicators and leveraging support resources

•    Promote understanding of support center capabilities and troubleshooting workflows

•    Collect local data and blend with central datasets to enhance operational visibility

•    Analyze real-time and field data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

•    Act as liaison between field teams and centralized operations support

•    Communicate findings, recommendations, and urgent needs in a timely manner

•    Identify and implement performance optimization opportunities

•    Support the reduction of downtime and improvement of field workflows

•    Assist in documenting root cause analyses and performance evaluations

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•    Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to field personnel and

      engineers

•    Experience with operations in marine or heavy industrial environments

      preferred

•    Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently

•    Willingness to travel up to 100% to field locations

•    Experience with data analytics or engineering tools is a plus

•    Valid Driver’s License required

•    Valid Passport and TWIC preferred

•    U.S. Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or related discipline); advanced degree is a plus
