Recruitment Partner for Power Client
Global Edge engaged with a client who is one of the largest private developers, owners, and operators of independent power plants in Africa, and needed to ensure that nothing was left to chance with the appointment of their senior management team in Mozambique.
The Solution
Following an extensive mapping exercise, Global Edge developed a staffing plan for project-critical senior management, who were pivotal to the project’s success in Mozambique. Global Edge deployed our executive search team to manage the recruitment process on an exclusive basis.
