Position Overview

We are looking for a talented IT Support and Data Analyst to join our team in our Houston office. In this role you will provide technical support to users and assist with technical projects and implementations. Additionally, you will develop insightful business dashboards, perform data analysis, ensure accurate data entry across our systems, and support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in data analysis. This is an office based role.

 

Responsibilities & Essential Duties 

IT Support:

• Provide user support and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

• Manage and support Microsoft environments, including Intune, SharePoint, Entra (Azure AD) and Exchange.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management, application deployment, and security policies.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.

Data Analysis:

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a data warehouse.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis of our systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business planning and decision-making.

• Support and improve legacy Excel reporting whilst helping to transition them to NetSuite Analytics Data Warehouse.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reports.

• Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices.

  
   

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Good Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using tools such as Power BI, NetSuite Analytics Data Warehouse and Power Query would be an advantage.
