POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Recruiter is responsible for: delivering high-quality service to clients and contract employees by matching skills of contract employees to client needs; developing and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service; and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage the job order process from receiving a client job order to placing the best qualified contractor with client
- Ask the appropriate questions when accepting job orders
- Comprehend the requirements of technical/professional job orders
- Respond to and qualify job orders efficiently
- Analyze resumes accurately and assign appropriate skill codes
- Interview candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments
- Conduct candidate reference checks
- Use candidate reference checks to develop additional business opportunities
- Develop search strategies
- Expand candidate pool through cold and warm calling
- Use recruiting tools such as healthcare job boards and LinkedIn to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified contract employees
- Maintain and update the internal candidate database
- Document and report on recruiting activity and productivity
- Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints from clients and contract employees
- Use a computer effectively to perform day-to-day responsibilities
- Build professional relationships with clients, contract employees, and staff
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS):
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: One to three years of prior recruiting experience preferred
- Previous recruiting experience in the healthcare industry preferred

- Must be capable of producing results within a structured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
- Business development skills are important, as well as a keen awareness of the business community
- Computer skills in basic programs are essential (Outlook, Word, Excel)
