We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to join a client-side Project Management Team (PMT) supporting a major integrated refining and petrochemical development of over $15bn.

This is a high-profile pre-FEED role where you will act on behalf of the project owner, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective design delivery by the engineering contractor. A large-scale downstream development focused on:

• Mixed-feed steam cracker (olefins production)

• Refinery upgrades (hydroprocessing, residue upgrading)

• Utilities, offsites, and full site integration
