Our client, a leading global provider in the Energy industry, is looking to HR Administrative Assistant to be based in Maputo.

Activities

•    Perform a range of administrative tasks to support HR Services, including drafting and preparing employment documentation, memos, and maintaining employee electronic and physical employee files, HR records and information to ensure they are up to date and secure.

•    Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, scheduling the inductions, etc. 

•    Assist with offboarding process for departing personnel, including preparing work certificates and other documents related to demobilization.

•    Provide support with data entry for leave management, time and attendance processes, including the upkeep of timesheets.

•    Assist with benefits administration by facilitating enrolment processes for employees and their dependents.

•    Initiate the creation of UNISOL/SAP accounts for new employees and external vendors requiring payment, as well as generate purchase requisitions (PRs) for the HR Department, TAS contractors, and service providers.

•    Assist with payment request processes, monitor contracts and purchase orders expiration dates, and issue service completion certificates to facilitate invoice payments.

•    Coordinate HR events and meetings, manage the HR team's calendars, and prepare and maintain meeting minutes for the HR team.

•    Works with confidential information and must consistently meet strict deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

Qualifications/Experience required

•    Grade 12 or bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

•    Minimum two years HR or administrative support experience. 

•    High proficiency in use of MS Office Suite. 

•    Oral and written proficiency of English and Portuguese is required.
