“As a Contractor Care Coordinator, my role focuses on supporting our contractors throughout their assignments,” she says. “I spend a lot of time communicating with them, answering questions, addressing concerns, and working closely with our internal teams to make sure processes stay on track.” 

But for Carsyn, her job goes beyond phone calls and emails. She regularly visits job sites and attends community events to make sure our contractors feel supported both professionally and personally. “Being in the Golden Triangle gives us a hands-on approach; we’re not just a staffing partner; we’re part of the community.” 

Providing care for contractors is about more than logistics; for Carsyn, it’s about building relationships and creating human connections. She builds trust through consistency and genuine interest in the lives of those she supports. “Our contractors know they can count on us,” Carsyn says. “Even if I don’t have an answer immediately, I’ll find it. Being open, honest, and dependable goes a long way.” 

But what truly makes the role rewarding is seeing the contractors succeed and knowing she has a direct hand in making their experience smooth. She loves to celebrate their achievements, whether it’s hosting a happy hour or connecting with them and their families at football games.
