Julie Kennedy, Chief Commercial Officer

Julie Kennedy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with degrees in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. She brings extensive experience in taxation, accounting, finance, and executive leadership, with a career focused on global workforce solutions supporting the healthcare and energy industries. As Chief Commercial Officer, she leads strategic initiatives focused on commercial growth, client partnerships, and the development of innovative recruitment and workforce management solutions. Her work centers on aligning operational execution with strategic expansion across domestic and international markets.

Katie Cossar, Chief Financial Officer

Katie Cossar is a seasoned finance executive and Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with a proven track record of leadership across multi-regional operations, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. With more than 15 years of progressive experience, Katie has successfully led finance teams through complex mergers, multi-entity reporting structures, and global expansions. Katie holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Law from the University of Manchester.

Nadia Clark, Chief of Staff

Nadia Clark is a seasoned business operations and talent leadership executive with extensive experience supporting executive leadership and driving organizational performance across global industries, including disaster recovery, manufacturing, oil and gas, and life sciences. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Houston–Victoria, a Master of Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. Throughout her career, Nadia has led strategic talent initiatives and optimized business operations, and supported mergers, acquisitions, and organizational development efforts. As Chief of Staff, she works closely with executive leadership to align strategic priorities, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the effective execution of key initiatives across the organization.
